Q: Where can I buy

product line is available exclusively through
Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. Dental
professionals should
contact their local Patterson Representative or call 800-873-7683

Q: Is
Curvex® available with medium or hard
bristles?
A:
Curvex is available with extra-soft bristles
(labeled soft) only because we, like most dental practitioners,
recognize that extra-soft bristles minimize damage to teeth and
gums. A
clinical study
showed that our toothbrushes effectively remove plaque, the
major cause of gum disease and tooth decay.

Q: Since the bristles are
soft, will I need to replace my
Curvex® more frequently?
A:
Due to our uniquely tapered
bristle array, regular users of Curvex have not experienced
premature bristle wear. Dentists and dental hygienists
do recommend that toothbrushes are regularly replaced every
three to four months due to bacterial build-up.

Q: Why might I want
Curvex® II? Shouldn't Curvex®
satisfy all of my needs?
A:
For most individuals, Curvex is an excellent
solution for regular home dental care. However,
Curvex II
enables you to most effectively clean hard-to-reach areas in
your mouth, such as the insides of the lower front teeth and
the back molars. It also is an effective tool for
cleaning the tongue where odor-producing bacteria readily accumulate.
Because of its unique design,
Curvex II is also an
ideal product for:
• Infants and young
children
• Caregivers
• People with
disabilities and special needs
• Patients with cosmetic dentistry,
crowns, bridges, and partial dentures

Q: I like the feel of a harder toothbrush. Is Curvex®
available in harder versions?
A: A majority of
dentists and hygienists
recommend using a soft toothbrush or even an extra soft
toothbrush. Since Curvex effectively removes plaque,
as shown by the
clinical study,
EDT will not have a harder version. EDT is a dentist-founded
company and wants you to have a product that assists your
dental healthcare team in helping you achieve the highest
level of oral health.
